Omega-3 fatty acids are crucial for the proper functioning of different systems of our body. Since these fatty acids aren’t naturally produced in the human body, it’s necessary to consume them through diet or dietary supplements. Omega-3 from AMS® provides recommended daily value of the healthy fats in a bid to protect the brain and improve cognitive abilities. The supplement helps with memory and focus, particularly in elderly. Multiple studies have confirmed that Omega-3 decreases the risk of heart diseases by regulating cholesterol levels, triglycerides, but its benefits don’t stop there; the supplement also helps treat or prevent anxiety and depression, arthritis, and macular degeneration.
For adults. Take 1 to 2 softgels daily, preferrably with a meal.
